Dr Shilpa is the Principal dentist of Prevent Dental Suite with many years of clinical experience and exceptional skills. She loves her job and enjoys treating patients of all ages. Whether its a nervous patient or a new patient, everyone feels relaxed after seeing Dr Shilpa and they love to visit us again at the practice.
Dr Shilpa is very gentle and friendly in nature. She dedicates long hours to the practice and constantly strives to improve it in every possible way.
Dr Shilpa’s interests are in Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry and cutting edge technology like Wand (Pain free injection). She is currently studying Dental Sleep Medicine in order to provide treatment for her patients with Sleep Apnoea.
In her spare time, Dr Shilpa loves to take her dogs walking, likes to try different cuisines and travelling. She also enjoys reading fictional novels.
Dr Krish has started working part time at Prevent Dental Suite since 2015. He is a gentle and caring dentist and liked by his staff and patients. He likes to spend extra time with his patients to educate them about their treatment plans so that the patients are well versed with the required treatment.
Dr Krish enjoys root canal treatments and highly experienced in crown/bridge and denture work. He is currently furthering his skills by doing courses in Oral surgery and Implant dentistry which will be valuable to the practice.
In his spare time, Dr Krish likes to play cricket and badminton. He loves watching movies every chance that he gets.
From the first time Joanne set foot in a dental surgery during work experience at school, she has loved the profession and having been in the industry for over 30 years, this love has not died.
Joanne joined Prevent Dental Suite in Jan 2015 as is a dedicated and hard working team member. With five children and eight grand children, Joanne brings valuable experience to the practice in dealing with both fellow staff and patients.
Joanne can handle anxious patients exceptionally well by trying to understand their fears and making them feel comfortable. The patients then feel at ease with the environment and procedures.
In her free time, Joanne enjoys spending time with her family and likes to go camping.
Originally from New Zealand, Safron has her Certificate III in Dental Assisting working closely with many dental specialists throughout her career, to whom she credits a great deal of her knowledge and gentle approach to patient care.
Safron has worked with patients of all ages and walks of life and all too familiar with phobic patients. She makes it her priority to ensure every patient is comfortable and leaves with a good experience.
Safron is a friendly person with a very easy going personality that makes it a pleasure working with her. She is also ambitious and plans to further her qualifications by pursuing study in the future.
Outside work, Safron enjoys time with her partner and 2 fur babies, beach life and travelling.
